Use of the Services

Ametrine products may be used only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Activities that interfere with service operation, compromise security, abuse infrastructure, or infringe the rights of others are prohibited.

Ownership of Content

Ownership of original content entered or created within Ametrine products remains with the applicable content owner. No ownership interest in user-created notes or other original content is transferred to Ametrine solely through use of the services.

Ametrine Intellectual Property

Ametrine products, including software, interfaces, branding, graphics, designs, and associated materials, are owned by Ametrine LLC or applicable licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws.

Availability and Updates

Ametrine may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue features or services when necessary. Continuous or uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Software updates may modify features, functionality, system requirements, or compatibility.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ametrine products and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Ametrine makes no warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded.
