Information Collected

The information processed by Relics depends on the features being used. This may include notes, attachments, account information such as your email address and authentication data, basic device and application information, diagnostic information related to crashes and errors, and communications submitted through support channels.

Notes and User Content

Notes and user-created content are associated with your account and stored on Ametrine-operated or third-party infrastructure used to provide the service. Content is transmitted to and stored on that infrastructure so that it can be synchronized across your devices and collaborators. Stored content is encrypted at rest using server-side encryption.

How Information Is Used

Information may be processed to provide synchronization and collaboration, maintain application performance, diagnose technical problems, respond to support requests, protect services against abuse or security threats, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Analytics and Diagnostics

Relics does not currently use third-party behavioral analytics or advertising SDKs. Relics uses Sentry to collect diagnostic information about crashes, errors, and application performance.

Advertising

Relics does not sell personal information, display third-party advertising, or use personal information for targeted advertising.

Data Security and Retention

Reasonable administrative and technical measures protect information processed through Ametrine services, including encryption in transit and server-side encryption at rest. Information is retained only as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or maintain security.

Children's Privacy

Ametrine products are not directed toward children under 13, and Ametrine does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
